Aptinn focuses on rent of hotel apartments. At present we run 50 hotel apartments with single rooms, double rooms and three rooms. Our customers are middle and high level administrative staff, foreign visitors, overseas students as well as staff for mid and short-term business trips. Most Aptinn hotel apartments are located in downtown, shopping centers, near subway exits, mature convenient living areas and scenic spots. Aptinn offers well-furnished one-bedroom or two-three bedroom apartments with sophisticated appliances and free broadband computer service as well as daily necessities. Cooking facilities and utensils are provided for self cooking. Round-the –clock servant service and security by well-trained guards are provided. These apartments are your mobile home. |

| Lease your own property to Aptinn which will arrange rent as per customers' requirements. You may obtain long-term steady rent rewards without any concerns. The low risks and steady proceeds are moderate investors' favorite. |

| The information of your property is registered into Aptinn Room Booking System. Aptinn recommends such information to customers and collects 10% of the rent as information administration fee. In case house cleaning service is provided by Aptinn, additional 20% of the rent will be charged as administration fee. You may obtain high rewards for rent, however, you may undergo risks of vacant room(s). |

| You may join with your own apartment(s). All the apartments will be rent to the outside and payment will be settled once per annum. 30% of the profit will be deducted in advance as administration fee to Aptinn, while the rest will be assigned. |
