Notice for Customers
 
  1. Please inform us of the details such as time and days one day prior to your arrival. We will tell you the exact location and route of the apartment(s) you book from Aptinn. If necessary, Aptinn will provide pickup and sendoff service at your expense. Your early enquiry or booking in advance is highly appreciated.
  2. Check in at Aptinn customer service center and sign a lease contract to secure mutual benefits.
  3. Present your passport or identification card during check-in. Please be advised that customers without deposits or valid identification documents won't be accepted and earnest paid won't be returned.
  4. Get ready for the total room rent and deposit during check-in and paid earnest will be deducted from room rent. Aptinn doesn't accept payment during check-out.

Total amount of accommodation advance=daily rent*days+facility&utility charges (including earnest).

Minimum room deposit is RMB500 and depends on the hotel and time of booking.

  1. Checkout time should be prior to 12am . Rent between 12am and 5pm is considered as a half day rent, rent after 5pm is considered as one full day rent. Deferred checkout should be informed during check-in or confirmation should be given to customer service staff prior to 12am . During checkout staff from Aptinn will check the conditions of the room and its facilities, settle the rent, return the deposit and issue invoices.
  2. Room rent includes RMB10 per day as utility fee. During check-in water, gas and water meters will be recorded and the exceeded amount should be born by customers.
  3. Part of Aptinn apartments allow pets, however, additional charges will be collected. Please confirm with Aptinn staff before bringing them in.
  4. Necessary procedures should be followed in accordance with migrant population administration provisions issued by local police stations for accommodation over 7 days.
  5. Cooking utensils are available in part of Aptinn apartments. Customers should prepare for seasonings such as oil and salt by themselves.
  6. Aptinn provides mobile phone sets and personal access system of local network, laptop, wireless surfing, fax machine and printing services as well as booking of air tickets, railway and bus tickets and vehicle rent. Aptinn special offer for one-way ticket from or to railway and airport bus stations costs RMB30, and our special one-way taxi charge is RMB120, while the normal taxi charge is RMB160.
  7. Aptinn doesn't provide custodian service for your belongings.
  8. Aptinn around-the-hour customer service is available during your stay.
